Flame is the signature restaurant of Four Seasons Resort Vail, and this November, Flame will unveil a new look — with the slogan “Modern Mountain Steak.” Flame’s focus will be “fun dining” rather than fine dining, as guests enjoy an interactive experience by sharing indulgent sides, such as Boursin creamed spinach and hand-cut duck fat fries. Our chefs will entertain with steaks carved tableside, like the 22 oz. dry-aged Tomahawk steak.

Chef Jason Harrison and his culinary team are excited to unveil this new concept, as well as new imagery, which is playful and is reminiscent of a cattle ranch of the 1950s and 1960s.

“I want our guests to come back for those ‘cravable’ items, such as our mushroom and bacon ragout, and to tell everyone about menu stand-outs, like the elk corndogs and maple bacon doughnuts with cherry bourbon jam,” commented Chef Harrison. “To mimick the laid-back vibe of Vail, a resort town, our team at Flame will inject excitement into dining.”
